Changer nos paradigmes pour mettre l’emploi des jeunes au cœur de nos politiques de développement

Sera-t-il possible de trouver un jour une solution à notre défi de l’emploi pour la Jeunesse en Afrique subsaharienne?

Est-il même envisageable de penser un jour que nous pourrions trouver pour toute cette population jeune, des solutions d’occupations saines dans nos villes pour plusieurs centaines de milliers de jeunes désœuvrés et qui, dans le même temps, occuperaient utilement la jeunesse dans nos campagnes?

Je pense que c’est possible et que c’est effectivement réalisable, si nous mettons urgemment l’emploi, notamment l’emploi de la jeunesse, au cœur de nos politiques de développement.

On the 30th April 2014, in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire, together with other African key players, Gilles Atayi the Group Managing Partner of G&A Consulting Group, was given an "Africa Economy Builders" award.

Gilles Atayi was the winner in the "Leadership Promotion" category.

This award is a recognition of the significantly positive impact that the work of G&A Consulting is having on promoting leadership and good governance on the continent, in the form of workshops, seminars, conferences, coaching and transformation sessions held in the 25 sub-Sahara African countries where the Group currently operates.

Gilles Atayi in the short acceptation speech has dedicated his award to "the millions of African women and men of great conscience who, by their everyday words and deeds are the inspiration that we desperately need to unlock the potential within us all and finally transform our beloved continent".
